The KL series electric water-cooled belt curing machine is small in size, light in weight, powered by common three-phase current, with uniform temperature of heating plate and uniform pressure of water supply system (1.0~2.0 Mpa).
Equipped with a lightweight automatic electric cabinet, it adopts an integrated plug-in and multi-core cable connection with the host, which is reliable and convenient to operate.
At present, this equipment is widely used in the field vulcanization and bonding of canvas, nylon, wire rope, and conveyor belt in metallurgy, mining, power plant, port, building materials, chemical industry and other industries where there is insufficient explosive gas and harmful gas around.
Corrosive to metals.
It can also be used for vulcanized joints of belts with special characteristics, including anti-corrosion, thermal protection, etc.
After vulcanization, the heating plate can be rapidly cooled by water as long as ordinary water supply is available on site.
It greatly improves the efficiency and enhance the quality of the belt joints. Generally it takes 10 minutes to cool from the curing temperature to 60 ℃, with the cooling water pressure ≥ 0.2mpa.
The water-cooled belt curing machine is lightweight and can be easily moved by manpower.
Please consider utilities before installation.
Please connect the water source of the upper and lower heating plate and the cooling water pipe with special water pipes, but do not release water for the time being.
Then, keep the temperature constant until the vulcanization is completed, at which time, turn on the water supply and inject the water into the hot plate.
When the temperature drops to the preset technical value, water release and disassembly of the equipment is allowed and the vulcanization is completed.
I. Use of the Vulcanizer
The KL type conveyor belt vulcanizer has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, three-phase power supply, and uniform electric heating plate temperature.
Now the machine has been widely used for field vulcanization of canvas, nylon and wire rope belts, as well as the connection of rubber belts with special characteristics (e.g. anti-corrosion and heat resistance) in the absence of explosive gas (CH4) or any harmful gas.
Corrosive metals, metallurgical engineering, mineral production, power station, port machinery, construction engineering or chemical industry, etc.
The quality of the joints will directly affect the efficiency or service life of the conveyor belt, especially for long distance and high strength conveyors.
